First DAO by First Lab aims to build a hybrid DAO that bridges participants from the web 2.0 and web 3.0 by developing an incentivized foundation for next-generation on-chain projects with a multi-chain approach.

Through a variety of innovative funding mechanisms, The First-DAO combines traditional venture capital with an open governance mode.

The First DAO operated based on a unique hybrid model, one that is designed to govern but also include First Lab’s community as part of the value chain. By involving our community in the First DAO,

we believe we can reshape existing models of venture capital and rethink topics such as voting rights and ownership.
